Who we are
NorthStory Creative is a video production team based in Calgary, Alberta. This policy explains what information we collect through northstorycreative.ca and how we use it. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, message, and any service features you selected.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, and browser.
- Embedded videos: some pages include videos hosted by YouTube and Google Firebase. Playing these videos may allow those services to collect information about your visit.
How we use it
We use the details you send through the contact form only to reply to you and to prepare a quote or proposal you've asked for. We don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it's stored
Contact form submissions are stored securely using Google Firebase. Google may store this data on servers outside of Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as we need them to work with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
